What a first visit looks like.
No surprises. No upsell. No lecture about how long it’s been. Here’s exactly what to expect.
Step 1 · Before you arrive
A quick form, then we’ve got it from there.
Once you book, you’ll get a link to fill out medical history online — takes about 5 minutes. If you have insurance, send us a photo of the card; we’ll verify benefits before you walk in.
Step 2 · The visit (about 60 minutes)
Cleaning, scan, exam, plan.
Digital x-rays, intraoral scan (no goopy impressions), cleaning, and an exam with Dr. Zan. We sit at the screen together and look at your teeth — no rushed verdicts, no industry jargon, no upsell.
Step 3 · The plan
Treatment, in plain English, with the price.
If you need work, you leave with a written plan and a written estimate of your out-of-pocket cost — including what insurance covers and what it doesn’t. No phone calls later. No “we’ll let you know.”
Step 4 · The fix
Often the same day.
A lot of treatments — fillings, simple crowns, even some implant restorations — can happen the same visit if you have the time. If not, we book you back at your pace.
